Jefferson's Ocean is a very small batch straight bourbon from Kentucky, bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl bottle. What sets it apart is that it was aged at sea, with the barrels travelling on an ocean journey.
The nose has brine and vanilla, and the palate combines oak and caramel with a subtle maritime influence.
