Jefferson's Ocean Aged At Sea Voyage 32 Wheated Mashbill (75cl, 45%)

Jefferson's Ocean Aged At Sea Voyage 32 is a wheated bourbon bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Its barrels of Kentucky bourbon crossed the ocean by ship, where constant motion, temperature swings and salty air push the whiskey in and out of the oak. Voyage 32 is the wheated-mashbill edition of the Ocean series. Wheat replaces rye as the secondary grain, giving a softer, sweeter base. Each voyage follows its own route, which is why every Ocean release is numbered. The nose has butterscotch, vanilla bean and caramel. The palate brings toasted caramel, allspice and a saline note, and the finish is long, with oak, nutmeg and pecan.
