Jefferson's Reserve is a Kentucky straight bourbon, aged for a minimum of 8 years in American oak and bottled at 48% in a 75cl bottle. It is the flagship of the Jefferson's range and was relaunched in September 2026 with its first age statement and a higher strength than the previous bottling.
The blend is made from hand-selected, more mature barrels by master blender Ale Ochoa.
The nose opens with dark fruit, vanilla and green apple. The palate is substantial, with oak, toasted almonds, toffee, vanilla custard and baking spice. The finish is bold, spicy and rich, with a long stay.
