Jefferson's Small Batch Bourbon (75cl, 41.1%)

Jefferson's Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon blend in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 41.15% ABV. Each batch combines up to four Kentucky straight bourbons of different ages and mashbills, and is made from 25 barrels or fewer. On the nose it shows warm vanilla, baked bread, honey and citrus peel. The palate moves from sweet corn and vanilla to caramel, molasses and burnt sugar, with dark fruit, anise, maple and a peppery warmth from the rye. The finish is medium in length, smooth and slightly oaky, with honey, buttered popcorn and oak resin.
