Jefferson's Tropics is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 52% in a 75cl bottle. It starts as mature Kentucky straight bourbon, with the barrels then exposed to the equatorial heat and humidity of Singapore before the whiskey is returned to the United States.
The nose opens with cinnamon and clove. On the palate come cherry and toffee with a hint of sea salt, leading to a long, full-bodied finish.
