Jefferson's Tropics Aged in Humidity is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 52% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is the latest addition to the Jefferson's family.
Fully mature bourbon was put into barrels that were exposed to unrelenting equatorial heat and humidity. The first Tropics expression comes from Singapore.
Baking spices such as cinnamon and clove lead the aroma, with bing cherry, toffee and a hint of sea salt. The finish is long, textured and full-bodied.
