Jefferson's Tropics is a Kentucky straight bourbon that is aged in oak barrels in Kentucky and then sent to Singapore to be finished.
There it spends time in the equatorial heat and humidity, a climate known for speeding up the maturation of spirits. The result is a bourbon with a distinct character shaped by that tropical finish.
