Jefferson's Very Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle, and the flagship of the Jefferson's range. It is a blend of hand-selected Kentucky straight bourbons of different ages and mash bills, married in very small batches. Jefferson's was founded in 1997 by Trey Zoeller and his father Chet as a blending house. Its profile is usually described as vanilla and toffee sweetness with warm spice, a soft, balanced palate and an easy, smooth finish.
