This is a 14 year old Jim Beam bourbon, bottled in a decanter made for Harolds Club in Reno, Nevada. The age is given on the label as 170 months. It dates from 1980 and comes in a 75cl size at 40% ABV. Harolds Club was a casino in Downtown Reno, established in 1935. It closed in 1995 and the building was demolished in 1999. Bottling bourbon in decanters became widespread through the 1960s, and Jim Beam took to the practice more enthusiastically than any other producer.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
