Jim Beam Black Cherry is a Kentucky bourbon combined with black cherry flavour. The spirit is distilled from corn, rye and malted barley, then matured in charred oak casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose has sour cherry, vanilla, caramel, sweet spice and toasted wood. The palate is soft, fruity and creamy, with clear cherry and vanilla. The finish is sweet, lightly smoky and lingering, closing on spice.
