Jim Beam Black Extra Aged is an American bourbon that rests for several years beyond the standard maturation period. The longer ageing shows in an amber colour. The nose brings caramel, vanilla and toasted wood. On the palate, vanilla and caramel are joined by sweet spice, dried fruit and a little chocolate. The finish is long, with a smoky wood and spice aftertaste.
