Jim Beam Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 40% ABV in a 375ml bottle. It is made at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont and aged for four years in new charred American oak barrels.
The mashbill is 75% corn, 13% rye and 12% malted barley, distilled in column stills.
The nose is sweet corn and soft vanilla with light oak. The palate brings brown sugar, caramel, maple and gentle rye spice. The finish is medium in length, with corn and vanilla and a faint charred-oak dryness.
