Jim Beam Devil's Cut is a Kentucky bourbon bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It is made by recovering the spirit that normally stays locked in the wood of the barrel, rather than the share that evaporates during maturation, using a patented process.
The colour is a deep mahogany, and the bourbon is bottled without added colouring and without chill filtration. Its aroma is described as complex, with oak, vanilla and caramel alongside a robust, earthy character.
