Jim Beam Dodgers 8th Title Edition is a Kentucky straight bourbon made to honour the Los Angeles Dodgers' 2024 MLB season. It comes from Clermont, Kentucky, in a 75cl bottle.
It is bottled at 109 proof (54.5% ABV), one proof for each of the team's 109 wins. Limestone-filtered Kentucky water and locally grown corn go into it.
The nose offers rich caramel, toasted oak, warm vanilla and the sweetness of corn. Brown sugar, charred oak and a little dried fruit follow, with spice building slowly through the finish.
