Jim Beam Double Oak is a bourbon in a 75cl bottle, matured twice in oak.
The whiskey first ages in a charred American white oak barrel. It is then poured into a second, freshly charred barrel to mature again.
The extra time in contact with the wood gives a liquid described as intense in flavour and smooth in taste.
