Jim Beam Double Oak is an American whiskey aged twice. It spends its first period of maturation in charred oak barrels, then moves into a second barrel for further ageing.
Caramel, burnt sugar, vanilla and charred oak come through on both nose and palate. It is soft and smooth, with a long, sweet and spicy finish. It works well in a Manhattan.
