Jim Beam Kentucky Fire is a cinnamon-flavoured bourbon liqueur from Clermont, Kentucky, bottled at 35% in a 750ml bottle.
It is built on Kentucky straight bourbon aged in new charred American oak barrels, which is then blended with a red-hot cinnamon liqueur. The Jim Beam distillery traces its lineage back to 1795.
Candied cinnamon leads the nose, with faint vanilla and caramel behind it. The palate is sweet and spicy, with vanilla, caramel and light oak coming through the heat. The finish is medium, with warm cinnamon fading to a little sweetness and charred oak.
