Jim Beam Kentucky Fire (175cl, 32.5%)

Kentucky Fire is a cinnamon-flavoured whiskey from Jim Beam, made by combining Kentucky straight bourbon with a red-hot cinnamon liqueur. It is bottled at 32.5% in a 1.75 litre bottle. The bourbon is made from corn, rye and malted barley at the James B. Beam Distilling Co. in Clermont, Kentucky. The nose is led by candied cinnamon, with faint vanilla and toasted caramel behind it. The palate is bold and sweet with strong cinnamon heat, then oak and vanilla. The finish is medium in length, with a warm cinnamon fade, a little sweetness and a hint of barrel char.
