Legent Yamazaki Cask Finish Blend is a blended Kentucky straight bourbon from Jim Beam, bottled at 57% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It joins American bourbon-making with a touch of Japanese whisky influence.
The distillates were matured in a mix of wine and sherry casks, then finished in Yamazaki casks. The flavours run from soft vanilla and caramel, typical of bourbon, to fruity and spicy notes that come from the Japanese casks. It has no added colour and is not chill-filtered.
