Jim Beam Peach is a peach liqueur made with Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon, bottled at 32.5% in a 75cl bottle. Peach liqueur forms the base, with the bourbon added for backbone and warmth, rather than a bourbon flavoured with peach.
It comes from the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky, which traces its roots to 1795.
Ripe peach leads the nose, with gentle oak and vanilla. The palate is sweet, juicy peach, then woody bourbon, soft caramel and a little grain sweetness. The finish is clean, with lingering peach and a touch of bourbon warmth.
