This is a flavoured bourbon from Jim Beam, made by blending Beam bourbon with natural pineapple liqueur. At 65 proof, or 32.5% ABV, it is a bourbon-style spirit rather than a straight bourbon. The nose is ripe pineapple with vanilla, caramel and light oak. On the palate pineapple leads, balanced by mellow bourbon notes of caramel and oak, and it finishes warm and smooth.
