Jim Beam Sunshine is a limited edition Kentucky straight bourbon from Clermont, Kentucky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
It is made from a mash bill of corn, rye and malted barley, and is described as a lighter, brighter take on a classic American style.
The palate opens with honeyed sweetness, toasted vanilla and soft caramel, with hints of citrus zest and ripe peach. Oak and cinnamon come through on the aroma, and the finish is smooth, mellow and lightly spiced.
