Jim Beam (1L)

Jim Beam is a Kentucky bourbon in a 1 litre bottle, from a distillery in Clermont that dates its history to 1795. It is made from a mash led by maize, with a small share of rye and barley, using the sour mash method. The spirit is distilled at a low temperature, fermented twice and aged for at least four years in charred oak casks. The nose is sweet, with vanilla, freshly cut hay, dried fruit, honey and herbs. The palate has good body and softness, with toasted oak, vanilla and custard, and the finish is long with a resinous note.
