Jim Beam Vanilla is a flavoured bourbon from Clermont, Kentucky, bottled at 32.5% ABV in a 75cl bottle. Kentucky straight bourbon is combined with natural Madagascar vanilla, which moves the character towards dessert-like sweetness while the bourbon base stays underneath.
The nose opens with sweet vanilla, butterscotch and toffee, with a little toasted oak. The palate is creamy, with vanilla and brown sugar, then mild bourbon warmth, oak and a touch of baking spice. The finish is medium, with lingering vanilla and a gentle bourbon spice.
