Jim Beam White Label is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont County, Kentucky, founded in 1795 and run through seven generations of master distillers.
The bourbon is aged for at least four years in charred American white oak casks.
The nose brings vanilla and caramel, then toasted oak and a pinch of spice. The palate is soft and round, with sweet vanilla set against woody tones and a slight turn towards citrus. The finish is clean, with a lingering sweet and spicy aftertaste.
