John Emerald John's Alabama Single Malt is an American single malt made in Opelika, Alabama, in a 75cl bottle at 43% ABV.
It is made from 100% malted barley and smoked with locally sourced peach and pecan wood. The whiskey is aged in small, five-gallon barrels in a climate-controlled setting, and has a rich amber colour.
On the palate there is caramel and vanilla, with gentle oak and soft smoke, and the finish is warm and smooth.
