Johnnie Walker A Song of Ice is a blended Scotch released in October 2018 as part of the official Game of Thrones collaboration between Diageo and HBO. It draws on House Stark and the spirit of the North, and is built around single malts from Clynelish. Master Blender Dr Emma Walker created it, and it is recommended served chilled or over ice.
It is bottled at 40.2% ABV in a 750ml blue bottle with direwolf and Striding Man artwork.
The nose is crisp and fresh, with vanilla, soft red apple, citrus and light malt. The palate has sweet vanilla, summer fruit and creamy malt. The finish is clean and dry, with lingering vanilla.
