Johnnie Walker Black Cask is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It was launched in March 2026 as a permanent expression, separate from Black Label rather than a variant of it.
It is built from whiskies at the heart of Black Label, including those from Cameronbridge, Glen Elgin and Roseisle, and all of it is matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels. The blend was created by Master Blender Dr. Emma Walker.
The tasting notes describe creamy vanilla sweetness, rich caramel, gentle baking spice and the warmth of oak.
