Johnnie Walker Black Label Blended Scotch Whisky (40%)

Johnnie Walker Black Label is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 40% ABV. It is made from more than 40 whiskies, each aged at least 12 years, drawn from Speyside, the Lowlands, the Highlands and Islay, with grain whisky from Cameronbridge. Cardhu, Glenkinchie, Clynelish and Caol Ila are among them. It is chill-filtered with added colouring, and comes in the square bottle with the Striding Man. The nose has soft smoke and winter spices with vanilla, green apple and pear. The palate runs from buttery caramel and toffee to sweet apple, barley malt and a little sultana, and the medium-long finish combines wood smoke, oak spice and butterscotch.
