Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami (70cl, 43%)

Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami is a limited edition blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 43%. It was created by the Johnnie Walker master blender together with the Japanese chef Kei Kobayashi, and takes its inspiration from umami, often called the fifth taste. Blue Label is made from a selection of whiskies from distilleries across Scotland. Only a very few casks from the company's reserves of aged Scotch have the umami character this edition is built on.
