A limited edition blended Scotch from Johnnie Walker, bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle. It was created by master blender Dr Emma Walker together with Kei Kobayashi, a three Michelin star chef, as a blend built around the savoury taste of umami. It is made from casks chosen from inland and coastal distilleries, each picked at its peak of maturation for its umami character. It is described as a balance of savoury and sweet qualities.
