Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami is a limited edition blended Scotch whisky, bottled at 43% in a 75cl bottle. It was created by Master Blender Dr Emma Walker together with Kei Kobayashi, a chef with three Michelin stars, who set out to capture the taste of umami in a whisky. The blend draws on casks from inland and coastal distilleries, hand-picked for their umami character. It is described as a balance of savoury and sweet, with a subtle richness.
