Johnnie Walker – Blue Label Ghost & Rare Port Dundas (70cl, 43.8%)

This is a Johnnie Walker Blue Label blended Scotch, the fifth and final edition in the Ghost & Rare series. It is bottled at 43.8% in a 70cl bottle. Blender Dr Jim Beveridge combined eight whiskies for this edition, placing the character of Port Dundas at the front. The Lowland distillery was built in 1811 and closed in 2010. The other seven distilleries are Cameronbridge, Glenkinchie, Clynelish, Dailuaine, Auchroisk, Cambus and Brora. The blend was matured in second-fill American oak and first-fill highly charred American oak casks.
