Johnnie Walker Blue Label Ice Chalet x Perfect Moment Limited Edition Blended Scotch Whisky (75cl, 43.2%)

Ice Chalet is the second release in Johnnie Walker's Blue Label Cobalt Series, created in 2024 with the alpine skiwear brand Perfect Moment. It is a blended Scotch bottled at 43.2% ABV (86 proof) in a 750ml bottle. Master Blender Dr. Emma Walker used Met Office weather data to find casks distilled during Scotland's coldest winters, when the cold slowed early maturation. She chose single malts from northerly, high-altitude distilleries including Brora, Dalwhinnie, Clynelish and Roseisle. The nose has crisp apple, cinnamon, vanilla fudge, honeycomb and sultana, with a little smoke behind. The palate is velvety, with spiced apple, blueberry, honey and vanilla, then clove, ginger and plum. The finish is long, with peppery smoke, cinnamon and clean menthol coolness.
