Johnnie Walker Blue Label is a blended Scotch whisky, here in a large 175cl bottle.
The nose opens gradually, with lanolin, smoke, hessian, dried fruit, polished wood floors, oak, liquorice, cake, soft red fruit and cream. On the palate come allspice, sultana cake, fresh malt and bung cloth, with peaty smoke building as the whisky opens in the glass. The finish is long and smoky, with fruit pastilles.
