Johnnie Walker Blue Label Year of the Rabbit is the 2023 Lunar New Year edition of the blend, created in collaboration with the Chinese fashion designer Angel Chen. Her design shows rabbits bounding among mountain peaks, and each 750ml bottle is individually numbered. The whisky is drawn from 1 in 10,000 casks, including ghost distillery stocks, and was blended by Master Blender Emma Walker. It is bottled at 46% ABV (92 proof). The nose brings spice, vanilla and honey with dried fruit, hazelnut and woody depth. On the palate there is caramel and hazelnut over dark chocolate, and the finish is long, with rich fruit, gentle smoke and quiet warmth.
