This is a Johnnie Walker Blue Label blended Scotch, a special release for Taiwan marking the Year of the Ram. Blue Label was introduced in 1992 as the premium name in the Johnnie Walker range. It is made with malt whisky from some of the most sought-after distilleries in the Diageo portfolio, several of which survived the difficult 1980s in part because of their importance to the Johnnie Walker blends.
