Johnnie Walker Blue Label Year of the Rooster is a blended Scotch whisky released in 2017 to mark the Chinese Lunar New Year. This limited edition comes in a 1000ml bottle at 40% ABV. The two-tone blue bottle carries a gold illustration of a rooster.
The nose is smoky, with floral and spicy notes. On the palate come chocolate, sherry and vanilla, alongside deep fruit and honeyed sweetness. The finish is smooth and lingering, with a refined peaty smokiness.
