Johnnie Walker Blue Label Year of the Snake 2025 Limited Edition by James Jean (75cl, 40%)

This is a limited edition Johnnie Walker Blue Label blended Scotch whisky, released for the 2025 Lunar New Year as part of the Chinese Zodiac series, bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle. The label was designed by the artist James Jean, who drew three snakes interwoven with orchids to stand for the past, present and future. The blend is drawn from rare casks from across Scotland, with no whisky under 25 years old. The nose is velvety, with dried fruit, honey, vanilla and a little smoke, and floral and citrus notes develop with time. The palate is smooth and layered with fruit, warm spice and toffee, and a long smokiness from the Islay component. The finish is long, with fruit, smoke and subtle spice.
