A limited edition Johnnie Walker Blue Label made for the 2022 Chinese Lunar New Year. It comes in a deep midnight blue bottle with gold tiger artwork, in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The blend inside is the standard Blue Label, assembled by the master blending team from rare, mature Scotch grain and malt casks. It carries no age statement.
The nose is of dried stone fruits, dark chocolate and honeyed malt, with a gentle coastal wisp of smoke. The palate is velvety, with orange peel, vanilla cream, dried figs and brown sugar, and a slowly building smokiness. The finish is long and warming, with spice, dark fruit and oak.
