Johnnie Walker Double Black is a blended Scotch whisky, in a 70cl bottle. It combines peated single malts from Islay with whiskies from the West Coast, and toasted oak casks bring out its smoky and spicy side.
The nose has citrus, malty softness, salted butter and vanilla, with fine woods over a smoky, peaty background. The palate opens velvety and creamy, with an intense, enveloping flavour that runs long and closes on smoke.
