Johnnie Walker Gold Label 18 Year Old is a blended Scotch whisky made from a selection of malt and grain whiskies, all aged for at least 18 years. It is bottled at 40% (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
It carries an age statement, unlike Gold Label Reserve. It can be taken neat with a splash of water, or over a large ice cube.
The nose offers honey, vanilla, dried fruit and soft oak. The palate brings toffee, caramel, gentle spice and creamy malt. The finish is long, mellow and warming, with lingering sweetness and light smoke.
