Johnnie Walker Green Label is a 15 year old blended malt Scotch whisky, made entirely from single malts with no grain whisky in the blend. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The malts come from four distilleries: Talisker on Skye, Caol Ila on Islay, and Cragganmore and Linkwood in Speyside. Each one is aged for at least 15 years. The whisky first appeared in 1997 as Johnnie Walker Pure Malt and was renamed Green Label in 2004.
The nose is sweet and fruity, with fresh-cut grass, green apple, honey, caramelised pecans, hazelnut praline, vanilla, sandalwood, coffee and a little wood smoke.
