Johnnie Walker High Rye (75cl, 45%)

Johnnie Walker High Rye is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Its grain whisky component uses a 60% rye mash bill, and the blend also draws on single malts from Cardhu, Glenkinchie and Caol Ila, with rye and grain whiskies from Cameronbridge and Teaninich. It was blended by Jim Beveridge for Diageo and matured in first-fill and refill American oak. The nose is sweet wood spice, fresh-cut fruit and creamy vanilla. Green apple, rich toffee and dried clove show on the palate, and the finish is dry rye spice with a touch of sweetness.
