Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Johnnie Walker Red Label is a blended Scotch whisky bottled at 40% ABV, without an age statement. It was first introduced in 1909 as Special Old Highland Whisky. The blend pairs lighter, fruitier East Coast whiskies with peatier West Coast malts, around thirty single malt and grain whiskies in all. Cardhu, Caol Ila and Teaninich are among the key malts. The nose is fresh citrus zest and green apple, with spice and a wisp of smoke. The palate is spicy with cinnamon and pepper, softened by pear, apple, sweet malt, vanilla and toffee. The finish is warming, with vanilla, smoke and lingering spice.
