Johnnie Walker The Spice Road is a blended Scotch whisky in a 1 litre bottle. It is the first release in the Explorers' Club Collection, a range inspired by John Walker's travels around the world in the 1800s to establish markets for his whiskies. This blend draws on the aromas and colours of the busy markets of Asia, and is spiced in character while staying true to the Johnnie Walker signature. The nose is zesty and spicy, with fresh apple, kiwi and lime. The palate has rich, honeyed vanilla sweetness warmed by cloves and ginger, and the finish brings sherry, steeped oak and smoke reminiscent of smouldering wood.
