Joker's Bluff is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml ceramic decanter shaped like a fanned hand of playing cards.
The bourbon is aged in charred new American oak barrels.
The nose is soft, with caramel, vanilla and a little toasted grain. Sweet corn leads the palate, followed by warm baking spices and a thread of dark chocolate, in a medium-bodied style. The finish is moderate in length, with toasted oak, gentle sweetness and a trace of vanilla and light spice.
