José Cuervo Tradicional Silver Tequila

José Cuervo Tradicional Silver is a blanco tequila from Jalisco in Mexico, made from 100% blue Weber agave. It is produced in small batches to keep the purity of the agave, and a cold stabilisation is applied before bottling so that it holds its aromatic intensity when served well chilled. The nose is fresh agave with citrus, fresh herbs and a light peppery touch. The palate is lively and clean, with a green, vegetal character, lime, white pepper and a faint mineral note. The finish is fresh, balanced and persistent. It can be taken neat or over ice, and works in a Margarita or a Paloma.
