Last Feather Rye is the flagship whiskey of Journeyman Distillery, a rye with a high proportion of wheat. It sets the spice of the rye against the sweetness of the wheat, and few rye whiskies are made this way.
It was renamed after receiving a cease and desist letter over its original name. Only the 'Last Feather' of that name was left, and it stuck. Every bottle carries an 'RR' as a nod to the original name.
