Jura 10 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky from the island of Jura, distilled in exceptionally tall stills. It is matured for 10 years in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, with a further enhancement from aged Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain.
The bottle shape was originally designed to withstand rough journeys from the island and is still used today. The whisky is described as smooth, with smoky sherry sweetness.
